How do I prepare for my Sound bath session?
Wear comfy clothes as we want you to feel as relaxed as possible .
Try not to have such a heavy meal beforehand - you don’t want to be too full .
Drink plenty of water before and after .
Have preferably 8 hours of sleep the night prior , you don’t want to fall asleep during your session and although it’s totally ok and it still works it’s magic you want to enjoy and feel the vibrations in a meditative state .
If it’s your first time the bowls can be loud and intimidating but you get used to it . It only becomes more and more calming as time passes .
Most importantly relax and have fun - it truly is a delightful experience .

How do I prepare for my QHHT session?
On the day of your session, you will come to your appointment with a list of questions that you want answered by your HigherSelf. Most people make two lists; one of health/ body questions and another of life/personal questions.
The week of your session it’s important you eat healthy, drink lots and lots of water and try your best to get plenty of rest.
start thinking about questions - Anything goes ! You may ask up to 10 but sometimes things take different routes and we won’t get to all of them.
Release fear, worry, and mistrust during the session. These are the biggest obstacles/walls in obtaining surrender for the quantum healing to be able to come through your mind/body/soul.
Practice connecting with your higher self - it will guide you smoother into your past lives.
Dress comfy - you’ll want to feel as relaxed as possible.
How will you see your past life’s?
Well it all depends , some people hear information, some have a strong sense of knowing and experience it through their body and emotions and of-course many will see.
It works in many different ways !
You can practice imagery so it can be easier when you come into the session .
Your higher self uses imagination to speak to you !
Please don’t have crazy expectations every person has their own unique beautiful experience
Allow yourself to trust the process and how you experience it.
The session takes about 4 hours so although you can drive , work , and continue your routine as usual you will feel a little tired so I would recommend you take the rest of the day and ponder all the information that came to you .

What is beyond quantum hypnosis (BQH)
BQH is heavily influenced by Dolores Cannon’s work, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).
BQH sessions are heart-based, open-minded and open-ended and above all, flexible.
Alchemical processes, energy alignments and intention decrees precede bringing the client into a relaxed state to explore consciousness. Any concern one might have can benefit from BQH, be it physical, emotional or spiritual.

How is it different from qhht ?
Unlike qhht which is only done in person BQH offers the flexibility of doing a session at a safe distance from your practitioners office .
Many have greatly benefited from this type of session . It shares many of the core values and goals of qhht . Beautiful sessions are possible in any of the formats !
What do I need to do a BQH session?
An open heart and willingness to go inward !
Along with a comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted and good wifi.
